Helton Santa Cruz Souto is a software engineer with over 20 years of experience in systems development. He graduated in Computer Science from the Federal University of Campina Grande (UFCG) and holds a master's degree in Software Engineering from CESAR School. Throughout his career, he has worked for organizations such as Indra, Cast Group, Accenture, and DATAPREV, participating in the development of systems for the Brazilian public administration, telecommunications companies, and financial sector institutions. He has extensive experience in Java technologies and corporate ecosystems, including Spring, Hibernate, JPA, EJB, React, Angular, JSF, Oracle databases, and continuous integration practices and agile methodologies.

Currently, he works as a Software Engineer at DATAPREV, where he contributes to the development of systems used by the federal government. His career is marked by experience in team leadership, development of corporate solutions, and specialization in software engineering.
