Andreza Leite de Alencar holds a PhD in Computer Science from the Informatics Center of UFPE (2018). She is a professor of the Undergraduate Program in Computer Science and a Bachelor's Degree in Computing at the Department of Computing at the Federal Rural University of Pernambuco (UFRPE), where she has taught Databases and Advanced Topics in Databases since 2013. She is also a professor of the Specialization in Data Science at the Polytechnic School of Pernambuco (UPE), where she has taught Non-Conventional Databases since 2016. She has also been a professor of the Residency in Engineering and Data Science at CIn-UFPE since 2021. She is the Leader of the CIDA (Applied Data Science) research group and the IDEA (Inclusion, Diversity, Equity and Accessibility) Laboratory. She has also worked as a guest researcher at the Gonçalo Moniz Institute (IGM) of Fiocruz-BA since 2021. She has experience in Computer Science since 2005, with a focus on Traditional and NoSQL Databases; Data Science; Big Data; Health Informatics; and Informatics in Education.
